Overview

RGH approached us with the need for a clearer identity, a more effective digital presence, and a website capable of supporting measurable growth. Their existing platform lacked visibility, engagement, and performance, resulting in low traffic and no direct leads.

Working as part of the MWB team, I contributed to the strategic direction, UX planning, and delivery of a new brand and website experience built to address these challenges and create a foundation for long-term growth. This project was guided by our TRACK™ methodology, ensuring every decision was supported by insight, clarity, and user understanding.
